Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The following guidelines apply to all returns and exchanges:
Candy Products
Unopened candy products that are in their original, sealed packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product appears to have been opened, tampered with, damaged, or improperly stored after purchase.
Merchandise
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be in unused, original condition with any original packaging or tags attached.
Stuffed animals and Warmies products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Ice Cream Products
Due to the perishable nature of ice cream and frozen products, returns or refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.
General Conditions
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment when possible.
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
