For those of you interested in sending some of our candy to out-of-town business colleagues,
friends or family members, please note that we ship candy around the country via UPS. We do
not recommend shipping chocolate during the warm months (May through September). Also,
anytime throughout the year that the shipping destination is above 70 degrees, packages MUST
be shipped either 2nd Day A.M. or Overnight via UPS. We will advise you which shipping option
to use based on the destination location. Polar packs will be added to all packages going to
warm locations and throughout the summer. These reusable packs cost an additional
$2.00/pack.
If you would like to place an order over the phone, please contact one of our sales associates
listed below. They will be able to give you UPS shipping rates based upon your specific order.
Any orders placed via the website will have accurate UPS charges applied to them based on the
final destination of the package. The map below indicates approximately how long it takes a
package to reach its final destination when shipped from one of our stores in Findlay, Ohio.
Any packages shipped throughout the year, esp. to warm locations (those that are
above 70 degrees), are still not guaranteed to arrive unmelted.
NOTE: These prices are for ground delivery by UPS. Second Day A.M. UPS charges start at
$11.60 for a one pound box and go up from there. Overnight UPS charges start at $25.00 for a
one pound box and go up from there. Ground shipping prices are higher for packages to Alaska
and Hawaii. For packages over 10 lbs. going to the same address, call for price.
